Healthy and quick oat flour cookies
These soft, chewy cookies are a perfect guilt-free treat!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons milk of choice
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to **380°F (193°C)**.
2. In a bowl, mix **oat flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, and brown sugar**.
3. Add **chocolate chips, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and milk**. Stir well.
4. Form small dough balls and place them on a baking tray.
5. Bake for **9 minutes**. Let them cool for **10 minutes** before serving.
